In addition to this the Chalmers-Brown staff are knowledgeable, look after the details and will “go the extra mile” to deliver.
OMRON has over 2,200 employees in Europe, There are 54 OMRON locations in 20 countries. All of this organisation and complex infrastructure is managed and delivered by 50 dedicated EIS staff on a permanent basis. As and when required, a request from OMRON to Chalmers-Brown for replacement of permanent staff or additional temporary resources is dealt with in a smooth and efficient manner. This takes the pressure off the EIS department at a time when it is needed most. There are many complexities of working in Europe. Chalmers-Brown has for OMRON dealt with these and continue to do so.

When I applied for the job that Chalmers had posted on monster.co.uk I was looking already for a while. Average experience was that many of the jobs out there weren't real (you know what I'm talking about) or there was simply no feedback. Looking for a job became really frustrating: if there is no feedback, there is no room for improvement etc.
And all of a sudden everything changed. I sent my CV and had a call back after about 5 minutes (yes, not the usual 5 days...), I had an optimistic and constructive estimate of what will happen and from that moment on I was constantly kept in the loop!

Having been a candidate and a client of Chalmers Brown, I've seen the
operation from both sides of the fence and can honestly say that I have not dealt with a more professional and helpful recruitment agency.
As a candidate I was treated as an individual, not just another CV. I was only provided with details of roles which met my criteria, and I felt that my requirements were taken into account, rather than simply being used as the basis of a keyword search.
